That does not work, as it *never* stops the cycle of ‘load to main menu’ then ‘ask for reboot’. I literally have to turn it off via task manager, as it refuses to to anything more than that. Yes I’m on win 10 (and have tried everything I can think of to get it past that). I have even tried changing *where* it is installed, on the off chance that location mattered to the update process. None of that works. It’s almost as if, as soon as I ok (through admin rights, as I made sure to give the update process that, in fact), the update, it goes back to the main menu, and starts asking again.
I can actually see myself using this, possibly quite often. It would help me get a better idea of some of my story characters, so that I can visualize them, which is at the moment a very difficult thing to do, due to brain variances that I have. I might also end up using the portraits in my maptools tokens in order to show my players in my online ‘tabletop’ games what a character might look like, especially an important npc. I would like to see a fairly wide array of ‘types’ as such, both heavy and lean of male and female, with some variation for slightly non-human types. So far, what I’m seeing is quite good. It is something I would find very useful in my gaming and my writing.
Actually, it seems that my problem is more that paypal hasn’t bothered to take my money and isn’t showing any current transactions…so no idea what’s going on with that. Found that out by looking back through the transaction info that they have.
