Hm, yeah, maybe I have a way, would be much of work. If I find the motivation to do so, I’ll do and….this new product, which can translate all my layers to GIMP, will help me. 🙂

Select what you want to edit (like the eyes), create different layer, paste to that new layer, then adjust the eye color in the new layer since now they are independent from the main character.

You can definitely do that in GIMP and as far I can tell, it’s doable in Pain.net, Photoshop, Glimpse or Krita. 🙂

It’s fairly easy actually.
