No it doesn’t solve my issue

I run the program, and it patched itself. Then it has restarted, but now is in an infinite loop downloading the characters.
It says “Verifying packages integrity”, then it downloads 22 packages, in loop.
I tried to remove all files .lba in User/AppData/ePic Character Generator/dat but it didn’t solve the problem.
Any suggestions?

at first, I have run the old program, but it says unable to download exe even with administrator rights. So I have dowloaded the new version and installed it.

I have downloaded the new program and I tried to use one of my season 1 pack. But when I click play I get this error message: unrecognised sub category: card.
