I just purchased a new PC, it runs Windows 11.
I just installed the Epic Character software and when I log in the program enters a loop where it just keeps re downloading the image packs I have. This went on for over an hour before I uninstalled the software and tried a fresh install and the same problem occurred. I ran the program in “administrator” mode in case that was the issue, but once again the same thing happened.
How can this be fixed. Thanks!!

Sorry to hear about the issue! The current version of ePic Character Generator has been released before Windows 11 was even announced – so it’s completely untested.
Can you please start the software and wait until some downloads finish? Then please grab the logs and e-mail them to me at [email protected] so I can take a look. Log files are located either at ePic Character Generator\logs directory or your system drive:\Users\_your_username_\AppData\Roaming\ePic Character Generator\logs. Please note that once the software is closed, all log files are cleaned up, so send them before exiting.
