ePic crash. Was fine yesterday.

I went to open ePic today, and it crashed. It gave me an error message, and then stuck around in the running processes. Error attached.

I’m sorry to hear you are having troubles.

When the program crashes it generates log and dump files in it’s installation directory under the log folder if it is writable, if not, then it should be under c:Users_username_AppDataRoamingePic Character Generatorlogs. Can you send me everything you have there to [email protected], along with your dxdiag please so I can see what might went wrong?

Have to say, something is wonky. I can log in using the default test account. But if I try to log in as myself, epic crashes or just won’t log in.

Right. Looks like offline mode is working okay.

If I try to connect to anythig, the soft just crashes. I’m sending you my logs right now. 🙂
