Claim For Free not working

Tried it with latest versions of Chrome, Edge, and Firefox. Get a cross-site scripting error in Chrome. Maybe related to the switch to https as preferred by most browsers?

Yes, it’s related to https, and that the article had some remnant http:// URLs.
Instructed the page to strictly use https, but still needs some work.

The Profile page works now, but doesn’t refresh, so you will see your pack claimed after you hit a refresh of the page.

Looks like logging in from Steam without Steam auth has a similar issue.

Thanks for letting us know, I’ll look into the issue asap. Must be something related to the browsers, it works fine in Chrome and worked well in IE last time I tested. 🙂

Once you’ve claimed the free bonus packs, do they show up on the screen with all of your packs and you can select them? Or is the new content just kind of available? I’ve claimed all of my new packs but I don’t see the new material yet.

Hi libriomancer,

The Donator pack is visible under the Season #1 Packs icon, and can be started as a standalone package.

As for the Season #2 Challenge #1, #2 and #3 packs, they usually add items which are usable by all other characters in the same base and theme, so you should find them by opening the Settings menu after selecting a character in the main menu and proceeding to the Editor. On the Settings screen you can click the icons to make those packs active and see their content in the Editor.

Please let me know if you still don’t find them for some reason.

Ok, so I’m on mobile through play store and I claimed the Monster Beastiary as a Claim for free. I opened the app and logged in, but it didn’t show that I own it. I already have a few other four other packs that I have claimed for free through the site with little trouble, but this one isn’t being very cooperative for me. If someone could look into this matter and get back to me I will be very grateful.

Hi there!

The Bestiary pack expands your choices in the Companion category and is only visible in the Settings screen once purchased. You can open the Editor with any Season #2 pack. When going to Settings, you will see the Bestiary pack there available to be toggled (or start the Editor by using Load All/Load Fantasy, and the Bestiary pack will be toggled by default).
