Greetings,
I bought free version of the software on Steam, than, still on Steam, the human female DLC. But the software is still the same when I start it, no new content. Can you help me ?

It looks like your purchase has been registered successfully. You can find the Season #1 content under the gray Catfolk icon in the main menu. Human female should be there, and ready to use.
