      Hello,

      I received the Modern Female (Season 1) as a free pack. I saw the client download when I Launched the program, however, the Modern Female Season #1 still remains inaccessible to me.

        Hi hybridchic,

        Sorry to hear you are having issues. I’ve checked our backend and it seems fine, you own the pack. The Season #1 packs are visible after pressing Play on the “Season #1 packs” icon in the main menu, and you should be able to see an icon there with bright chain-unlocking effect on it. If you still can’t use it can you please post a screenshot of your Season #1 menu?

          My apologies. I almost found the pack and then couldn’t delete this thread lol. Thank you for the speedy response though.
