My profile says that for logging in via steam I get 1 free pack but I can’t figure out how to make that happen.
Is there a code or something to type in somewhere?

You can open your Profile page by clicking the “Profile” button above, where you can see your achievements, referral link and your collection. Under each pack you don’t own you’ll see a button with the text “Claim for free”. You can explore the packs by clicking on them, and get the one you want by clicking Claim.
