Failed to open file: IMMORTAL.ttf

Dear Developer!

I have Windows 7 SP1 on my computer. After I install and try running the application, i get the (attached) Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library error message:

Runtime Error!
Program: F:Program File…
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application’s support team for more information.

I founded the (attached) log file in C:Usersmy_user_nameAppDataRoamingePic Character Generator path, and in dat folder the IMMORTAL.ttf too.

I have a similar sounding problem on Windows 8, but instead of immortal.ttf, the missing files are gui.lba and icon.png. The produced Visual C++ runtime error is the same. Error log attached.

I think my problem is not the same with ELF. I have the files in my C:Usersmy_user_nameAppDataRoamingePic Character Generatordat folder.
