Sorry to hear you are having issues. I’ve checked our backend and it seems fine, you own the pack. The Season #1 packs are visible after pressing Play on the “Season #1 packs” icon in the main menu, and you should be able to see an icon there with bright chain-unlocking effect on it. If you still can’t use it can you please post a screenshot of your Season #1 menu?
