nah, its since you give extra addon for it, you can use for commercial. (example: make cards, and sell as stock art: no. make cards, and make a bio, and stats, sell as npc: big yes.)
little offtopic: my son read and write only spanish, and speak a little bit english (the school is bilingual english-spanish), his spanish is equal as my english (understandle, but have some painful grammar error), and of course, hungarian. 🙂
