A member of the team should be able to provide more up to date information than I am but as of today there are no specific packs for Dragonborn and Gnome.
You can create a gnome out of the standard human or elf packs depending on how the gnomes look in your campaign world with very litle postwork but dragonborn would definitely be a challenge (or quite heavy postwork). 🙂
