That one is an experimental, one of a kind, unique effect :))))
The only effect in the program (currently) that has 2 parts, a fixed, and a moveable.
You can use the toggle button to make the big fire appear behind or in front of the character. But the small fire at her/his feet is fixed.
All other effects in Season #2 are sorted into Effects, if it’s moveable, and Aura if it’s fixed to the Skin, and moves around with the Skin.
