I can confirm that the eagle has some issues while in full screen, and only the yellow part can be clicked. However, I was unable to observe a similar issue on the other icons. Also as you mentioned, the eagle also works in windowed mode.
I’ll investigate the issue in the full-screen mode. If you are able to share a screenshot marking the areas that are unresponsive that could help.
