Does the character generator work with Windows 10? I downloaded the program and log in but it constantly tells me that it cannot connect to the server. I’ve run trouble shooter programs and adjusted the firewall with no luck. Any suggestions?
Hi brfelder,
The program runs on Win10 without any known issues. If it says it couldn’t connect to the server that means that there is something blocking the its access. Could you double check that both the Windows firewall and your antivirus programs have the software whitelisted? One of our users had some issues earlier this year after he switch to mobile-net temporarily. What type of internet connection are you running on?
