My system crashed so I had to restart from scratch, and yes, while I was doing that, I did install ePic on other computers in order to cope. Now is there a way to reset the original installation since as it is, if I try to install ePic on my original system, the software tells me that I have too many devices registered.

I am quite at a loss here. Any help ? 🙁

        Hi Kelemelan,

The maximum number of devices you can use at the same time is limited to three. But fear not, I’ve reseted your settings so you would be able to register up to three devices again. We will add online support and further customization options (like unlinking existing devices) in the future.

        Thank you for your patiente!

          Hello,

Thank you for getting me out of this.

I’m indeed reinstalling ePic on my original machine at the moment. Since it’s a new system reinstalled from zilch, I would definitely unregister the previous one and restart from scratches – i.e.: I welcome forthcoming online support allowing us to unlink existing devices all by ourselves.

Thanks again for the explanations. You allowed me to reorganize my installations of ePic in order to be more suited to your registration system.

I have the same problem- I had to reinstall my operating system and now I am getting the “too many devices” error. Please reset mine, too! Thanks!

We will shorty add support for this after we’ve rolled out the update. Your users are now cleared triad4evr.
