‘To many devices registered for this user’

I recently got a new computer, and now I get this error while trying to log into Epic Character Generator….

Anyone know what to do?

Hi Fasold,

You can manage your devices on the bottom of your Profile page (the messagebox will also take you there if you click it):
https://www.epicgenerator.net/index.php/my-epic

There you can review which devices you actively use and remove the ones you don’t. For regular users the limit is 3, while for Pro members the limit is 10 active devices per account.
