i downloaded, and i recived a serial number. it can’t be updated, but still, its good!
Yeah, gimp is also fine, however somewhy the PC version was never so popular as Linux version, i used it because it had some useful feature.
Tell the truth, i love mixing the programs, usualy i use at least 3-4 program for making an artwork
