Simply copy the file to the installation directory, the program should take care of patching itself after launching. There are quite a few changes in the code so let me know if you see anything strange. The insteresting thing for you is that you can now undo the random as well.
Currently we are not looking at making the hitboxes smaller as they are tied to other things, but will do something as part of our later work.
